Kolbullar BBQ with Schweden Aktiv

At this event we offer you a typical Swedish Kolbullar meal. We light the campfire in our rustic grill kota, heat the old cast iron pans and roast the special bacon - the most important ingredient for Kolbullar - over the blazing flames in a cozy atmosphere.

 

When the bacon is crispy roasted, dough is poured over it. This very rustic food was invented by the forest workers. Red berries are served and soft drinks are included in this Kolbullar meal. Enjoy the delicious food and the cozy atmosphere.
